Put trail cameras to work

July 12, 2014

With all the modern gadgets available today I believe none has helped hunters more than trail cameras. Whether a busy schedule, limited vacation time or accessing your remote property, cameras sure come in handy. Selecting location can be as easy as finding a game trail, food source or watering hole. Selecting your camera based on amount of use, game you are targeting, quality and price is usually how we all shop. If you are a part time cam watcher and only use your cams a couple months a year, low end may be a way to settle. If you plan on utilizing them year round think a little better quality. Research reviews from folks with similar interests. Ive had cheap cams last a couple months and higher priced cams give me flawless operation to date. You dont need to sell a kidney to get quality and decent price but recommend do not simply shop by price tag alone. Trail cameras provide some wonderful nature shots as well as keeping an eye on your grounds. You never know when that buck of a lifetime or grandaddy gobbler is going to cruise through.
